G2 gigrig blast of noise upon powering up
I had always wondered and worried about the initial blast of noise upon powering up the G2 and finally got around to asking the gigrig if it's an issue. Joe quickly got back to me to explain that the bypass matrix upon power-up is passive and as such creates a feedback loop with all the pedals. Amp on Standby is recommended for your ears.
