Tonepros - Great Customer Service
Always nice to give companies a heads up when they look after you.
I emailed Tonepros USA to ask what size the grub screws in my bridge were as there is one missing. Got an email back saying don't worry about that, we'll send you a couple free of charge. Didn't even ask if I'd lost it or whether it was missing from a new guitar etc. Only a little thing but doesn't it make a difference.
