Well Andy tried his best but even he couldn't make this work.

  • Yeh, I saw this earlier; not for me :mask:

  • Its obviously a bit niche but I think it sounds really good.

Could see a lot of bass players going for this.

  • Wish that guy would use a plectrum, I can't relate to his playing no matter how (very) good he is. His adverts are lost on me.

I'm not sure I need any more fart in my bass playing....!

  • Nah, they should build a Klon instead.

Fuck trying to do anything interesting.

I quite like that. These days though anything that's not a TS or Muff of some form is a breath of fresh air.

  • I thought it sounded cool.  It's definitely a niche sound as noted, but it has good sounds in it judging by that video

    Quite liked it.
    Very synthy.

  • Joking aside (the Klon thing was a joke), I love octavey, filtery, wacky pedals that sound nothing like a Joe Bonamassa record. If I actually had any money to spend on crazy pedals I'd be giving it to TWA, Dwarfcraft and the like.

If the electric guitar is going to stay relevant, stuff like this is going to be every bit as important as yer transparent overdrives and digital ways to sound like it's still 1973.

Sounds very good,  but quite niche. The over-long description lost me though - surely "This pedal makes your guitar do some really weird shit" would have got the point across more concisely?

I lost count of the number of times I read some variation of "Is it broken? Probably not." on Dwarfcraft's FAQ page.

Definitely won't be on my shopping list.  This old Great Divide of theirs however is something I'd love to own:

  • Tell you what, though. One of my real pet pedal hates is controls with stupid names instead of what they actually do and the pedal in the OP is one of the worst offenders in that regard.

  • Agreed - definitely what's needed if fartiness is your thing....
