Almost on a whim I did a trade for this, having read loads of extremely positive reviews, and lo and behold…it's quite wonderful.
The Bad Cat Black Cat 30 next to it is probably my favourite amp of all - I can get the 3rd Power to sound almost identical to the EF86 channel (at least on clean sounds - the breakup is a little different) but the Hybrid Master takes the volume right down to whisper-quiet levels. It's literally half the weight of the Bad Cat head too
I almost viewed the Plexi side as an added bonus, but it's glorious.
What a great amp. Straight into my touring rig, actually. Thoroughly recommended
