Squier Classic Vibe 70s strat MIC

Has anyone had one of these squier classic vibes? I'm looking at one for a project and will be replacing hardware and pups but in general how was your guitar finished ?

Actually it's mis advertised - it's a squier affinity which I guess are god awful?

Yeah affinity stuff is bottom end whereas the CV range represents great value for money.

You might like the VM 70s model though, they're almost as good as the CV's, but have duncan-designed pickups and are built in Indonesia rather than China. You can pick them up for a song every now & then, a couple have gone on here for £125-150!!! The CV's are superb though.

I'm in the market for a CAR strat with large matching CAR headstock ...they are a little thin on the ground I'll check out the VM. Ta
