Wanted to get some obscure Jazz tracks - can't stream them from anywhere and they never made it to CD, so got one of those £40-£50 Vinyl/MP3 recording jobs off Amazon.

Wim Overgaauw - Without You is one of them - It's on YouTube (but I want the whole album).

I was going though my vinyl yesterday and found a Larry Coryell and Phillip Catherine album that I had no idea I'd got. Must give it a spin.

Is that Twin House .... has the great Catherine track homecomings on ... Catherine is panned right and Coryell left in the mix.

I hope none of your records are valuable.... those cheapy turntables have a terrible reputation for ruining the grooves....

yep, I got one for £24.99 in the new year sale, only purchased it to play my not worried about 12"s so I don't I have to lift the platter and move the belt on my main turntable.. I wouldn't trust it with any vinyl I care about.

Only has to work once for me to record to MP3.  Don't plan to use it for day to day playing. If it works - dandy, if not refund.
