Quick Poll : What is most precious to you .. Guitar , Amp or Pedalboard?

Incidentally some give their guitars names, has anyone ever named an amp or pedal?

Precious? None of it. It's just stuff. Tools of the trade. It can all be replaced for an equal pretty easily.

Guitars - pedals and amp, whilst pricey are easily available and if lucky could replace over a weekend.

Guitar(s), by such a margin that it's not even close.

Why? My two main guitars (Jaden Rose creations) are utterly unique, and designed specifically to fit me. The third - my green N4 - is rare enough that I'd have no chance of getting another one, and it took me ages to get it set up exactly how I like it.

Between them, they've been my main guitars for the last 7 years or so, and as a result they're totally integral to my playing. I can make another pedalboard/amp setup from commodity bits, but those...they're staying.

Amp, guitar then pedal board. Guitars are just tools for me, a good amp though....

Guitar, definitely, by far.

Guitar. While all the spangly noises I love mainly come from effects, they're basically useless without an input.
Anyway, the guitar is the really personal bit, where your feelings are converted into noise.

Kind of a no-brainer, unless you use a special amp or a unique - sounding fuzz/wah/etc.  It'll always be the guitar/s you've bonded with, everything else is replaceable.
