Daphon pedals?

I've seen quite a few of these around recently - they seem fairly cheap. Are they any good?

I've got the metal cased overdrive (OD50 or something). Basically a SD1 clone. Good light gain pedal and I do like it.
They have a plastic housed range too and are sometimes rebranded as Chord pedals in the UK.

^ Agreed. The analogue delay was quite nice for slapback (but noisy for any longer delays) and the flanger was ok. Only thing is, a lot of them (I think) are boss clones so you'd want to get them cheap or you might as well just buy the Boss version.

I've seen that bloke's demos. That's not a bad one, but bear in mind he tends to play bright guitars into an amp he's set up with a lot of top end anyway. The pedal's more versatile than he shows.

If anyone's interested try to hunt down the review where a bloke plays about 6 TS type pedals in a row. The Daphon doesn't sound too out of place among the Nobel, Bad Monkey etc.
