Don't know if a 50 year old record can count as new, but this is my latest find...

Finally stumped up the beans to get Kyuss' Blues For The Red Sun. Can't wait to spin it.

As an aside, Coma of Souls is my favourite Kreator album. Closely followed by Extreme Aggression. So good buy @BloodEagle

  • Got it this the other day. Today is the day, Temple of the morning star 20th anniversary edition, glad they repressed it as the original goes for daft money. Love this album total uneasy listening.

I managed to get hold of Massive Attack's Teardrop 12" single for a quid.
     Which was nice!
My wife asked me to stop singing Wonderwall.
    I said maybe.....

Loving it too, although I'd say it's not quite as perfect as Honeybear

Leaving LA is a hard 13 minutes too

One of the most perfectly recorded albums I've ever heard.

Got the tri-fold of The Damned's Live in Margate at last this week - it's good
Roland said: Scales are primarily a tool for categorising knowledge, not a rule for what can or cannot be played.
Supportact said: [my style is] probably more an accumulation of limitations and bad habits than a 'style'.

After Christmas, I'm getting a turntable, not had one since I was a lot younger! :)

Just wait till you put the first decent heavy grade vinyl on it and sit down with your favourite tipple.

It will make you listen to albums properly again.

Nothing helped me fall in love with some of my favourite albums again more than this. Make sure you get a half decent table though. A counterweight is a must. Most low-end turntables have a fixed tracking force which is often way too heavy.

The one I'm looking at has an adjustable counterweight, thanks though, good point.
