I appear to have just agreed to a trade and will be getting a super symetry compressor and a vintage deluxe OD...

So I know these are really bass pedals, which is fine as a play a lot of bass. Any good on guitar?

Anyone else used/using them @fretmeister perhaps?

The compressor is good on everything. It has a slight warmth too it, a bit like an old valve compressor. Top bit of kit.

I also have the  Vintage Microtubes Deluxe (VMTD!) and it is great on guitar - I use it quite a lot for that.With guitar it's a nice crunchy tone (not metal) and the EQ is versatile.

Haven't tried the compressor but I've got the Vintage Ultra and it is excellent on bass.  Never tried it on guitar.  There are a couple of YouTube videos of the regular vintage microtubes pedal on guitar.

That is called the vintage microtubes deluxe. Or at least it was until a little cosmetic change.

Yeah the era knob is replaced by the attack/grunt switches on the newer deluxe and ultras, the overall core tone should be similar though. 

Darkglass really raised the bar for bass preamps IMO.
