You won't be able to mix them first, the superglue will set as soon as it touches the wood dust.
Superglue has great capillary action, so a drop or two applied to a pile of dust will soak right through and set very quickly... on some woods you even get a bit of smoke as it cures. You do need a thinner glue for this, won't work with the gel types. I actually find cheap superglue best if you can't find the water thin stuff locally. Wilko's basics is halfway between a standard superglue and an expensive bottle of water thin stuff.
One thing to be aware of it the fill can polish up shinier than the wood. If it was a big fill I would suggest decent epoxy and ebony dust instead, but the superglue trick is fine for most small fills, especially on ebony
