Wanted, valve combo or head @£300 WHY Sorted now

looking for a valve head/combo with fx loop to try my Axe-Fx out as an effect unit too, I know, I'm a terrible gear-slut so hit me up with what you have, it must have an Fx loop though,

Maybe FX loop send & return are not valve driven? - that makes it "not all valve" in some people's view...

I emailed Fender about them back when GAK was blowing them out (and I got one, but then it died within a day or two so I sent it back). They don't seem to have a valve phase inverter (the marketing said some stuff about the PI being transformer-based- not sure if that's a thing or not, it might be ), and I think they said that the EQ is active and not valve-powered as well.

They basically ended by saying that it wasn't totally all-valve.

So yeah it's not just not a valve-driven loop, reverb, or rectifier- which, in an ideal world, I'd prefer if the manufacturer and retailer flagged up, but personally I don't think those make the thing not all-valve. Certainly the rectifier, most of my amps have SS rectifiers, but also if the loop and reverb can be bypassed then that doesn't really matter either IMO (especially if they sound good).

For me personally, my definition of "all-valve" is the signal path.
