Another good find in Netflix

I've recently found a superb adult oriented cartoon series on Netflix - Rick and Morty.

It's basically the exploits of an amazing mad scientist and his neurotic grandson who gets dragged along. Scores a very impressive 9.3 on IMDB

Worth a look if you like bite sized chunks of amusing sci-fi that isn't kiddie-friendly

I love it.  This is my favourite exchange:

Summer: What do you mean you’re having a party? Are some Glip-Glops from the third dimension going to come over and play cards or something?
Rick: “Glip Glop?” You’re lucky a Traflorkian doesn’t hear you say that.

My daughter convinced me to watch it.   It's excellent. Seen them all twice now.  Patiently waiting for season 3.

I like the episode with Mr Poopybutthole, all the opening credits etc are edited so he's appears in each scene. Something simple but genius.

The creators originally did a cartoon about Doc and Marty from BTTFuture. 

This then evolved into Rick and Morty, with dimensional travel instead or time travel. 

So @Dopesick was right to compare it to BTTF. 

Regardless, it’s an epic show. 

Now go watch Archer, then The Punisher.

At our office halloween party, someone turned up with a pumpkin carved with Rick's face, saying "I turned myself into a pumpkin Morty. I'm pumpkin Rick!"

Nearly everyone else wondered WTF it was about and why I couldn't stop laughing every time I looked at it.
