That's a stunner, my 55 Harvard is probably the first amp i plug into, doesn't mind the odd pedal either.

Waw, you built that? Out of curiosity, do you sell the amps you build? How much would something like that cost?

He's been known to sell a couple. I've got an ef86 ac15 with master volume he built, and it's sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet. I am considering moving it on in favour of the new helix thing. But I prolly won't.

Just to confirm, I had another play and I definitely won't :) brilliant amp, and exactly the right sound for bedroom clean tones.

You make nice amps.  Loved that mini 5E3 I had, can't wait for the 'for sale' thread for this one ;)

Looks like the thread got a second wind ... thanks for the kind words guys.

Just to confirm, I do love this amp a lot, it's probably my favourite at the moment. However I could build more. Based on the time and parts that have gone in, I've roughly costed them at around the £850-950 mark - does this sound like a fair price for a hand-wired amp of this nature?

@4114Effects My price point for a 5F10 would be £999, so your price is bang on.

A friend of mine has an original, with a step up transformer attached, I have only played through it briefly at low volume but it sounded gorgeous, he never uses it so I am kind of hoping that one day he'll consider letting it go....
