8 hole tele plate, b/w/b, mini HB for US tele (07) - recommendations

I'm pretty sure this would need to be a custom job of some sort - the only ones I've seen for sale have been 5 hole hotrod 52 replacements.

Any recommendations (and I'm hoping I have a humbucker rout on my 07 US tele - not checked yet...!)
