Nothing wrong with the V40D I just preferred the Morgan PR12 clean sound, it's a bit warmer sounding, plus the Morgan reverb is better. I sold the Morgan to get the Victory! Doh! I will miss the trem on the Victory though, it's really good, plus the driven sounds of the V40D are good but you need to get the master volume up for it to sound at it's best which isn't really practical for me.
I'm getting another Morgan PR12, it really is a superb amp.
An expensive mistake!
Maybe! but £2.5K a pop, a bit too hot for me at present.
