  I think what i like about the Katana is it does not try to be anything in particular well not how I use it 
  
  I have the Kemper which you can spend forever tinkering with and a load of plugins which again you can fiddle with and nuance till you forget what you wanted to play. 
  
  I like that out the box the Katana with a minimum amount of fiddling does good blues rock tone, nice cleans all with the twiddle of a few knobs. 
  
  Nothing on the video tone wise is to shabby and mostly usable will little need to ponder and edit endlessly.  I have not even looked at the editing yet and may never as out the box its pretty much spot on. I could add more effect and tinker with reverbs but I find I just get a usable sound without putting my tech head on.

  H&K Puretone head and 2x12 cab. The katana is superb for the money, but was glad I didn’t buy one last weekend even though I was very tempted.
