In all seriousness though - that's reasonably tidy - are the purple lines carrying signal though? You probably don't want to strap those up with your power lines though right?

Having said that, if it works, it works! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It's only 9v, and the signal cables are screened.
Power noise comes from shared earths, DC leakage, noisy (electrically and electromagnetically) transformers rather than a few mA at 9v running close to screened signal cables.
    Red ones are better.

  • Great grab and go setup
LOL! I am aware it' ridiculous! But it keeps me amused while cranking out the same covers night after night!
You play covers with that :open_mouth:

are you single? How do you get your missus to let you away with this? Please give tips
I have a very supportive wife who also does booking management for the band! She understands my sickness and sells it to punters that we are able to get the most authentic sounds bless her!

Ps. I’d love to see a signal path
    OK here goes:

The main principle is redundancy for live, so there are multiple paths to the amp / PA in case of problems.

Wireless (Stageclix) into the Whammy (so can use detune function on all signal paths) and then into a Radial Shotgun under the shelf on middle board that splits the signal 4 ways with buffer and ground lift.
Path 1 goes to the main board on left with all the main pedals
Path 2 goes to back up pedals on middle board shelf
Path 3 goes straight to the amp
Path 4 goes to the Zoom A3 for acoustic line out

Paths 1,2 and 3 get recombined with the Gigrig 3to1 and then out to a Keeler loop switch that is a send and return to the TC G Major 2 rack and then off to the Orange OR100 amp.

So path 3 only has the Whammy and the rack loop switch in the signal path before the amp.

    To be continued....

  • Gig Rig did all the power and setting up the middle and right hand boards (thanks Joe and Jake) and custom pedalboards made the ridiculous middle board wedge thing. Luckily I have a van that this all lives in flighcases for gigs.

The Yamaha MFC10 controls the TC rack patches

    @sgosden  Guilty as charged

Guitar > Carl Martin tuner > Thorpyfx SI Veteran > Thorpyfx Germanium Veteran > Lazyj Cruiser Deuce > Palmer Solid Metal > EHX Small Stone Phaser > TC SCF Chorus > Providence Chrono Delay > Jrockett Boing Reverb...

This is my latest revision, I took off the Guv'nor in favour of a Bluesbreaker/POT which seemed more appropriate for the gigs we have lined up.

Signal chain is as follows: (Crybaby) -> TU-3 -> Fuzzdog EP boost -> Fredric Effects POT -> Odyssey -> Klone -> OCD -> Carbon Copy -> HOF mini

Powered by a Fuel Tank Jr, wired up with solderless cable (apart from the last patch cable, I ran ouf of plugs).

Very happy with this iteration. The combination of EP boost, Odyssey and Klone is just brilliant with a tele.
