If I was in a band (well, I sort of am), the Under Cover album is how I'd want to sound. Love Phil Campbell's lead playing.

Heard this on the Radio 2 today, didn't catch who it was at the time. I looked it up and was amazed to see who it was. I thought it was some obscure 70's track.

    Great Song.

    Another one.

I've been working my way through a Blue Öyster Cult box set I've had for years but never really listened to.

I don't know what to make of them.  They're a band I thought I knew, but it turns out I really didn't.  Outside of the better-known tracks... they're really not very good.  And despite the perception of them as a hard rock, even old school heavy metal band, very little of their material is actually heavy at all.

Great album titles and song titles, though....

I have no idea, I am still stuck in my generic blues-rock noodling where I've been for the last 35 years.  Never did figure out how to play Big Riffs.

The Corrs White Light, bought recently. 1st few tracks: Pop. Nicely done but if you didn't know who you were listening to they might not come across as very, er, Irish. Towards the end of the album, the Irish influence seems to return. Overall, nice if you like that sort of thing, but not necessarily "high art" or containing mind-blowingly virtuosic solos. Perhaps I slightly prefer the earlier albums.
"Working" software has only unobserved bugs. (Parroty Error: Pieces of Nine! Pieces of Nine!)
Seriously: If you value it, take/fetch it yourself

New Tax the Heat album. Love it, but got to "We Are Consumers" and wondered where I've heard that riff before... Can't remember? Oh Well! (pun intended) :)
