    check out Ewan Mclennan, unlike many singer songwriter types, he has a unique voice rather than a mid atlantic sound (in his case, Scottish, very, very Scottish).

    Good recommendations there! 
    Also been listening to some "Gordon Lightfoot" whose music I'm really enjoying. 

    After multiple disappointments with previous bands and current set-up, I think I'm going to focus more heavily on just going it alone and doing more a singer songwriter thing myself. Must keep at the electric enough not to lose too much skillz.

    Sheena managed to get "North Sea Gas" to play for us at our wedding (just one song) as she knew them from years ago. They recently did a song called "Queen of Argyll" but I just discovered it was originally done by "Silly Wizard" - brilliant song - love when the bass punches in properly at the end.
