Some of these suggestions IMHO are songs where the primary purpose is to shock rather than being the result of true anger, Bodies being a good example. Now't wrong with that - its been a fundamental part of RnR forever but not sure it is anger.
First song I thought of when I saw the thread title was Mississippi Goddam, by Nina Simone - the anger is somehow made more real by the juxtaposition of the jaunty show tune and the subject matter of the lyrics.
Anger doesn't have to be loud, sometimes more powerful when held back -
