    I stumbled across this rhythm tip recently: use an egg shaker or rhythm ring in your strumming hand to help you maintain percussion rhythm. Worked straight away for me and made a significant difference.

    I always use a metronome or backing track and keep my hand moving. Helps I play in a band too.
