MXR Phase 90 bust?

I have a phase 90 block which I've had on my board for quite a few years. Never particularly use it but I went to do so yesterday and when I switched it on it did nothing - no light, no sound at all. Bypassed it didn't stop the signal chain, but I just wonder what might be the cause? It's not been moved off the board, damaged etc.

Assuming it's on a power supply, it sounds like a power connection problem. The LED and the circuit are independent of each other so probably the power is simply not getting into the pedal. Corrosion in the power jack is the first place I would look.
