The deal say Kim will disarm unilaterally as long as Trump takes Dennis Rodman back and never lets him near Pyongyang again.

Probably a declaration that Kim will not be removed from power if he promises to switch his allegence from China to the west.
His big Trump card is likely under the collapsed mountain, increase sanctions have likely bitten very hard and the population/army may have had enough and rebellion is about to explode (Probably an arms deal as well to keep the population under control)
