Hungry Like The Wolf (Duran Duran) - really good fun rocked up, women of a certain age can't resist getting up for this.
Don't You Forget About Me (Simple Minds) - All time classic intro that gets them going, but I do find the rest of the song really dull.
I Ran (Flock of Seagulls) - This took loads of rehearsing and goes down like a lead balloon, likely to be dropped
I Think We're Alone Now (Tiffany/Tommy James) - Punked up version, goes great
New Sensation - INXS (seems to go down OK)
Every Breath You Take then straight into De Doo Doo Doo - These go down great
Gimme All Your Lovin' - ZZ Top (bit of a pub rock standard but fits in with the 80s section of our set)
Baggy Trousers (Madness) - I hate ska and all that, but much like the Duran Duran one gets women of a certain age up, this does the same for balding middle aged blokes with beer bellies, they seem to find it irresistible

I think we have defaulted to stuff that doesn’t really need work now as our gigs are infrequent and our singer changes things around a bit as a gig progresses anyway. If it was just up to me there are several songs on there we wouldn’t do but as they are the ones that usually go down best probably just as well it isn’t.
