Any Southerners?

What's Hot
was just wondering how many of you are from down South? In particular north Kent/South London. I am from Biggin Hill which is NW Kent.
Was thinking about the possibility of a little social event or something but wondered if there were enough of us to make it worthwhile.
So, where are you from?

  • I'm originally from Caterham but up north now. If you do organise something down that way it's an excuse to visit friends and family in the area.

    I’m from the dirty South....
Romford it is, the no mans land..

Its the London Borough of Havering, which is apparently East London..

Old heads will still call it Essex..

Either way I drive to Thurrock most days, so Kent is always in range just across the Qe2.

The only easy day, was yesterday...

Not true south according to @munckee as Horndean is east of Portsmouth, but we can see The Solent from Catherington Down.

Anything below the m4, east of Devon and west of East Sussex is the south  I think that’s the official definition : )

I am way down sarf (29 miles from seaside) but on the odd occasional day I can pick up Manx Radio on AM on my little pocket trannie under the bedclothes... also BBC Ulster Scotland and Wales but Manx is always the top prize for sheer schoolboy-like wonderment! Anyway I can thus hear what all you Norverrn reprobates getting up to!

Dagenham.  Which by feel I'd say is more London than Essex.  Me and @skunkwerx are clearly neighbours!  Funnily enough so is @BigBearKris half the time as I'm studying down at Bournemouth Uni.
And yeah, Biggin Hill or that area is easily do-able.

My first boss lived in Biggiin Hill at 100 Sutherland Avenue. Heaven knows why my brain has retained that useless piece of information. It's sort of like the reg number of your first car or the name of your first primary school crush. Just taking up unnecessary brain space  :)

Given that the M25 effectively cuts off the SE from the rest of the country, so anyone down there in the garden would find it awkward to get to any of the main jam sessions,  it's looking like there might be enough people in the area to make a spin-off SE jam session viable?

Having trouble posting images here?  This might help.
