Getting through a batch of carves and this is fantastic so thought I'd share it, one piece eastern flame maple that's going to have a nice burst when it's finished

Trying out Spanish cedar body and neck it weighs 6.8lb strung up, should be good
Sorry to ask a boring guitar-related question ... that looks like a compensated bridge/tailpece you're using there.

Which one, and where can I buy them (with posts) in the UK?
Having trouble posting images here?  This might help.

That's a mojoaxe vintage style one, i get them from the states and they're bloody expensive but work best imo

Have a look at rockinger in Germany they do a compensated one with steps milled into the tailpiece, i used one on a goldtop i made

It depends on the look you want if you want a really good vintage style the mojoaxe is best but well over £100

I should have said faber or kluson but those aren't compensated but work surprisingly well, I've got a kluson on the special i leant poopot and that sounds great and intonates good enough for rock n roll

Just be aware the rockinger has that step which some might not like the look of

I'm always amazed at how well the non compensated ones work, or that they even work at all

There's an ABM bridge as well which seems to be identical to the Rockinger.  Presumably that's where Rockinger get them from.

This deserves so many more wows than it has got.
Can't sing, can't dance, can handle a guitar a little.

I'm sure I didn't see that picture last time I looked.  Maybe it didn't load properly.

    Wow indeed!
