    Ronnie and my father were similar ages ( my dad would have been just over two years older) and, to my eye, looked very similar especially as they grew older. Makes me a bit teary to see him on anything. Porridge was great though.

    Few have mentioned Roger Moore which I also wholeheartedly agree with.

    But as much as I regret that the people above are no longer with us, I'm also finding myself fearing for who's to come... Patrick Stewart, Mark Knopfler, they're all getting older and would be a huge loss to me when they go.
