OK, these are guitars I said I would never sell, something expensive has caught my wondering eye so I am reluctantly making these available. If what I am lusting after sells i will be withdrawing these 3 beauties.

September 1992 PRS Custom 24 in Vintage Yellow 10 Top which is beautiful, the depth of the grain is a sight to behold!. It has moon inlays and is fitted with Dragon 1 pickups, which sound powerful yet sweet. I do have an original HFS which is included. The fingerboard as far as I know is Indian rosewood, but could be Brazillian rosewood as it looks so different to any other rosewood PRS Ive owned.

It is in fab condition for a 26 year old with only a couple of very very minor marks on the top and some light worming on the rear. It has not been out of the house for the 20 years Ive owned it.

I bought this PRS in the late 90’s and was always puzzled in that it does not have the ‘small heel’ that it should have being a ’92 pre big factory build.  Having posted on the PRS Forum to try to find out why it had an unusual heel for the year, my question was finally answered by a PRS employee who kindly looked up their records to discover that it was a special order guitar with a wide/fat neck profile, which was then only found on the original Artist series guitars.

Original hard case, again, in great condition,  and some paperwork......£1995

And finally a cracking S type,

SOLD SOLD

Thanks @beed84 . They are great guitars, not just good looking either, not 100% sure I should even be contemplating selling them, GAS is a spiteful master.

Indeed it is. One might advise not be fooled by it. Seriously if I had the cash, I would by that PRS in a heartbeat, and you would probably regret just as quick.
Be thankful I don’t have the money  ;)

here are a couple of pics of the PRS's fretboard, can any of you with experience say whether it could be Brazilian or not, I think the Sept 92 date of the guitar puts it after when PRS stopped using Brazilian Rosewood.
