  • Yes, I love doing this. I put everything before my amp and then dial in the feedback and mix to taste, just enough so it doesn't overpower what I am playing, but that it does hit the front of the amp hard and gives me these huge washy textures.

    There is a great video of PGS (Reverb?) Andy showing how putting an Echoplex type delay into the front of a dirty plexi gives an amazing Jimmy Page type sound.

    Just listened to Dead Man Sound Track, whoah! sounds bloody amazing and just the sound I’m after.  I’m using the guitar volume to do some swells and can almost replicate a deep cello sound
