After today's convincing win over Chelsea can Liverpool finally deliver the premiership.
I was in the kop for the last 2 CL games against Bayern and Porto and the atmosphere was amazing. There's a sense of confidence in the crowd I've not seen in years.....

C'mon boys bring the title home

Im a Liverpool fan and this season has been fantastic, we have been better than we could have dreamed but I think the second we handed the onus back to City was the chance gone.

I beleive today was the toughest game we have left, but I also beleive City can easily go on and win all of their remaining games making what we do irrelevant sadly.

That group of draws cost us dearly.

I hope Liverpool do it, they are the most interesting and exciting team to watch and have been for a few years now. Man City are boring as hell - buy the best players, but some more decent players to stop other teams getting them, play keep-ball then if you lose the ball quickly foul the opposition to stop play. So dull.

That said I've not watched as much premier League this year but have found the Championship a much more intriguing League for the neutral, though as a biased fan of West Brom it's just as well is interesting as this is where we are staying for the next few seasons

They blew it a while back when they drew a bunch of games and lost their big lead. They are relying on city to slip up now, and I think that liverpool are the more likely team to drop points. Personally I'd prefer Liverpool to win the title of the two contenders.

Haha I know. I overheard two guys at work a while back, one saying, "Hey, we've got you on Saturday".

The ensuing conversation revealed he actually meant it was Liverpool against Man Utd, not  one fat, middle-aged bloke in a horrible nylon top with a club badge on against another.

Hopefully.   As a Brentford fan, hopefully we will be doing everything in our power to beat Leeds on Monday.  That said , most of our players have been on the beach for several weeks now.

I think we should, but 2 draws in a row is a bit of a worry. We'd likely be safe now if we'd won those 2.

Must admit Norwich have been a bit of a welcome surprise this season, I expected Leeds to be running away with it with Bielsa in charge. But then it's a bizarre League, who's have thought we'd be in 4th with the squad we have (and the way they have played this season), I thought we'd be lucky to sneak into the play offs to be honest

But far more important for today

When all the lights go out forever,
somewhere near the end of time,
the noise will pass and the dust will settle,
and you'll be on my mind

For the 96, their families and everyone affected that day.

The championship season is over for me as a West Brom fan so turning into an honorary Liverpool fan (or whichever team is playing against Citeh) from here on. I want to see Pep's face if he loses it like he did against Spurs in the Champions League :)

There is no way City are losing it from here, they seem to be in the zone now for the last few games will they do enough to get 3 more wins. Liverpool also look likely to achieve the same thing, but it won't be enough for them without a city mistake that I don't beleive will come.
