anybody tried the Yamaha NCX and NTX models?

im having a bit of GAS for a martin 00-15m but ive also been pining after a nylon string with a cutaway body for quite some time but ive held off for various reasons. i'll probably only buy one or the other but anyway, anybody tried these Yamaha? id be more interested in the cheaper models but info on any/all would be great.

    Yep, played them at the recent acoustic guitar expo at Olympia. Not too great unplugged, but the top of the range ones sound good plugged in. There was a world of difference between the NTX900 and the 1200, definitely worth the extra 300 quid.

    Yamaha were selling them at up to 25% off at the show as well ...

    I bought an NCX700 I agree about the sound acoustically BUT the amped quality is great - battery changing is easy and its designed to be played plugged in

    hmmm, sounds like theyre not for me then. id be only after a nylon stringer if it sounds nice acoustically.
