Does anyone else get that thing where most live videos sound like KRSSHSHSHSHSHSHSHSHSHSHSHSHSHS overloading camera mics?

Sometimes everything sounds good, except the guitar. It's always the guitar that suffers. Last night someone posted up a couple of vids of a gig I did last weekend where the guitar actually sounds good, it's made me so happy.

So let's see some vids that you guys are proud of!

Loved those vids Danny - you guys were great!  I don't have anything of that quality (playing or recording quality wise) but here's a few contributions which I hope are at least in the right spirit!

Undercover Band (Southgate Tennis Club 2004)

Cocaine, with my daughter Lydia singing - her first gig with us when she was only 15!

And another - Hard to make a stand (Sheryl Crow song)

Midnight Sun - Barnet Music Festival, Builders Arms June 2014 (had to go backline because of PA problems)

    Route 66

    Rock Steady

I started out with nothing..... but I've still got most of it left (Seasick Steve)

Hesitate to put this up, as you will see / hear! :)

Roland said: Scales are primarily a tool for categorising knowledge, not a rule for what can or cannot be played.
Supportact said: [my style is] probably more an accumulation of limitations and bad habits than a 'style'.

Our last number at the Barnet Music Festival gig was 'Mustang Sally' - we were really chuffed to be so well received and have others want to play/sing with us.....So, in typical 'live drama' fashion,  we got 'pitch invaded', had to adlib changes to the arrangement, Pete joined us on Sax, and some other girls joined us too - plus the PA kept conking out - which is why I had to go backline rather than mike up to the PA (if I'd have known I'd have brought my bigger Vox rig but my little 40w 1x12 Marshall DSL401 still did pretty well at cutting through the mix).  So you know what they say...whatever happens you just keep playing!! >:D<   Anyway, the weather was fab, there was BEER, and we had a great day!
