Where can I get a neck reshaped? and other bits

I've got a Les Paul traditional that sounds great but could play a bit better. I want the neck reshaped to the usual Les Paul Slim 60's asymetrical.

I also need the entire guitar shielded and grounded.

Turn around time is 2 weeks max!

Any suggestions?

I'm based in London

I was going to use this chap to reprofile my Carvin but some unforeseen and enormous household bills have postponed the work:

I can't vouch for his work at all obviously, but the reason I picked him was because he was one of the very few luthiers that bothered to have an address or location in an easy to find place on their website and a bit of gut feeling.

We're in Croydon , South London and do that sort of thing.
What type of finish were you hoping for on the neck.

@grammar - you will find hundreds of endorsements here for the quality and customer service from @FelineGuitars. That would be where I'd take your sort of request :-)

Without a doubt, Feline Guitars. I've had major work done on my Strats neck a couple of years ago and was the best decision I made. Top quality work.

    @felineguitars ;

Probably an oil finish? I'll give you a bell tomorrow if that's cool

    Neck is stripped and shaped.

Just going to re-stain and oil finish the neck now

A few hours, but because Grammar had time limits we tried to prioritise  to ensure we didn't get caught out.
Thankfully Tom is on good form this week as I am ful of cold and flu, and not being very productive myself.

My Tele's maple neck has an oil finish & it feels amazing.

Will the OPs neck now need regular maintenance, given the porous nature of mahogany?

Most people would hesitate to have this done and bleat about "resale value" being affected. Nice to hear that's not an issue with you.

Yeah I get that if you go through a lot of guitars, for me they're tools and when I find a good one I keep it. Took me bloody ages to find a nice resonant Les Paul
