Diane Abbott or the ship?

But still much more likely to vote than the young and educated. If young people had voted in the same numbers as the old, Corbyn would be in No.10 with an overwhelming majority.
So who is really stupid?

This article is very badly flawed with respect to any causal link with voting tory based on education received:
they claim:
whereas over 40% of young voters have a "degree":

yet the proportion of those over 67 with a degree will be less than 3.4%

Therefore you could easily extrapolate that most Tory voters will not have a degree by the tory-voter age profile
It may well be the case that within an age group more graduates don't vote tory, but this article does not provide any information about that
I could have saved myself the effort, this link explains this:
https://yougov.co.uk/news/2017/06/13/how-britain-voted-2017-general-election/
It says
so it seems a grad is less likely to vote tory, but there is far less than a 17% difference
One fact. I'm nearly 60 and in my day very few people went to university. You could leave school and do an apprenticeship, go to a polytechnic and do an HND/HNC or a degree or you could study for professional exams in accountancy, law etc.
Fast forward and Blair thinks everyone should go to university and then introduces uni fees. So the young of today are more likely to go to university. Does this make older people stupid? No of course not - dumb statement. The education system and workplace was different.
I'm forced to work with a lot of thick graduates who can't write, spell or think for themselves without support from Google and know a lot of my old school friends who didn't get a degree but are very bright and have done well for themselves.
No more lazy stereotypes please ....

This is old but things have got worse.

It may sound obvious, but there are some bright graduates, and some thickos without any qualifications, and even a vast spectrum betwixt the two.
If we're allowing anecdata, I got a Masters' degree, and I am not world-class thick.
I think that completes the survey

I find quite a bit of what you post interesting, but then you also do this a lot - claim something based on personal experience, refuse to back it up and insist we accept your anecdata without question or comment. When challenged you always get snarky. It's pretty tiresome.
