I've started to dislike a lot of the Netflix originals.
I hope they don't use that godawful music.
As a fan... I'm fearful!

Mother in the prequels is voice activated super space-age computer... in the original a clicky clunky beepy wall of un-intelligible lights which slowly type out all responses in text-only.
Star Wars the super-dooper everything flies, proper computer screens prequels followed by CRT run-by-an-atari computer graphics of the battle plan
Star Trek - touch screen computer panels control everything, then by The Original Series it's all coloured lights, type-face-labels and switches
I get that it's based on what futurists can envision at the time it was made... but it just looks jarring if you're to watch on after another
Remember, it's easier to criticise than create!

I'm trying to remember good stuff from the last decade : BSG was great, Caprica was great (shut up, yes it was), then what? Falling Skies kind of fizzled out for me (so i stopped watching), Dark Matter was ok-ish.
Am I forgetting any?
Ohh I really liked Caprica.. Such a shame they ended it after the first series... Continuum was ok... I guess theres the new Westworld which I quite enjoyed.

Doh - yes, Westworld was brilliant.
Fringe... I think that's got to be one of my faves over the last decade (or so, cant quite remember exactly when that started).. I did enjoy that.
