Have a Bump Mike and GLWTS.
its a great guitar, its LOUD and pretty full on, but what i have my eyes on also has EMG 60/81s.
tbh its better than any of the lower end Gibson Les Pauls i have owned
I do however know that I wouldn't swap my LTD for ANY Gibson now, I've really bonded with it and did from the moment I picked it up.
I still can't believe how good the fit and finish is on these guitars for the money.
At the price you've got yours up for it's even more of a bargain.
That '60' is the best EMG neck pickup I've used so far. I would normally put an 81 in the neck for it's "Bite" but the 60 is just way more sophisticated in that position.
you are selling it for me :-)
Anyway, I just want to see you get back on the Baby Dean I know you loved so much !
I'm sure @Bridgehouse wants that for you just as much.
That's what friends do for each other. .......eh?
LOL.
expect the price to rocket and @Bridgehouse to apologise for all his jibes
GLWTS.
Yeah I should have seen that.As I keep telling people, I never said I was clever !
To be fair neither does my sense of humour sometimes but I'd never intentionally make fun of someone in a bad way. I heard all about your experiences with the BD and I guess it's been a long day with not much sleep, I should have done that via PM really.
My Bad.
Least you've had a few bumps eh?
Im out at the moment but if you would like some more pics dm me
