Great news! Looks like she's mastered the Spaniel Sprawl sleeping position!

It sounds like she she may have been overwhelmed with her new surroundings and not sure what she should and shouldn't be doing. We had this when we thought our Springer puppy was ready to have some house privileges after 5 months when we weren't there, so let her have them. She ended up shredding the carpet and cutting her paws on the gripper rods.

So it was back to keeping her crated and slowly introducing house privileges after another couple of months. She's fine now. We still dont let her in the kitchen/living room (it's open plan) for long periods, but have just started to let her have free roaming when we're popping out for 15 mins. And will slowly increase over the coming weeks.

Well done for persevering, she totally looks worth it!

Got her DNA results today and they are surprising.

She is a Boxer, Rottweiler, Bulldog, Staffy cross, so she is essentially a cross of two crosses.
    Also known as a mutt!
