The SL-5 Slash Signature Amplifier is a more volume friendly version of the much lauded 100w Marshall AFD head and is a terrific amp for the house or small gigs if hard rock is your bag and the variety of gain - warm crunch to sustain filled higher gain tones are all there and as rich and sustain filled as you'd expect.  The clean channel offers warm cleans to a lovely crunch when you crank it. The combo offers switching from surprisingly LOUD 5w to a front room friendly 1w and features an EL34 valve and a 12" Celestion Vintage 30 speaker just as the Top Hatted one desired. It has an on board digital reverb (so much more useful for rock tones than a spring reverb IMO) and it's in superb condition. The last pic will give you a better idea of the size of this combo - it's quite big and heavy for a 5w amp due to solid build and the 12" speaker inside. 

And yes, someone is going to have a LOT of fun with this!

Here’s what Marshall have to say:

The SL-5 is an all valve 5 watt amplifier incorporating various features, but above all else that distinctive Slash tone.  Working closely with Slash after the success of the AFD100, it was deemed appropriate to make a more accessible amplifier that is ideal for home or studio use.

The SL-5 has two channels; Clean and Overdrive. A single volume control for the clean takes you from authentic Slash clean to Marshall style crunch.  The Overdrive channel, consisting of volume and gain, nails the AFD style tone and more.  Both of the channels have obviously been approved by Slash himself.

A master EQ section of Bass, Middle, Treble and presence is included, as well as a high quality custom voiced digital reverb control. 

As well as providing 5 watts of valve power, the SL-5 can also be switched to just 1 watt at any time via the three way power switch giving you perfect Slash tone at bedroom volume.  The amp also has high and low sensitivity inputs.

At the heart of the amp are three ECC83 preamp valves and a single EL34 valve for its power stage.  Slash's favourite Celestion 'Vintage 30' 12" speaker brings the amplifier to life.
