Hi folks,

For sale, high quality Gibson and/ or historic repro parts.  All items used but in great and fully working condition. Details:

image

Tonepros single ring Klusons, SOLD. Includes ferrules and screws.

Tonepros lightweight locking stoptail, £35. Aged nickel finish. Comes with ABR thumbwheels and non locking stoptail screws, aged nickel also.

ES wiring loom, high quality wiring loom. Not one of my Shugzloomz ones just to be upfront,  it was on a guitar when I bought it. The loom is made with top spec parts so it has a Switchcraft switch and jack, CTS pots and Bumblebee repro caps. I would say it looks very much like a Crazyparts one or possibly RS Guitarworks in the USA.  All washers and screws supplied, £SOLD

Gibson Reflector volume and tone knobs, £SOLD

Aged/ VOS Gibson Historic trussrod cover. As found on the custom shop Gibsons, £SOLD

All items located in the Glasgow area, discounts available on multiple items and all prices include postage. Contact via PM or:

    no headstock? :-P
The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.
