FT - Fralin Vintage Hot Set

Got a set of Fralin Vintage Hot's in an 80s jap strat I acquired on here.
Looking to change them. They're great, but just a bit too middy for me.
Output is about right, i'd just like something with a little less lows/mids and maybe more bite...
I'm not overly clued up on the different era's of strat pickups, so i'm interested to know what's on offer...

I would sell them, yes. Had more interest than I expected! I'll have to do a bit of research in to what they're worth and get back to you re price. More than welcome to make me an offer

I had a set of Fralin Vintage Hot in my old Black and White Jap Stat and it sounded great, plenty of bite, maybe just try tweaking your amp a little?

Did you sell that strat to a bloke in scotland? Had a callaham block in it, too?

I'd second having a fiddle with these before selling, I have these in a Road worn Strat and they are just superb.

Well if it is serial number E713098 then I bought it in 1986 when I was 14 from Peter Cooks.

Saved my money up for ages and bought it.

Sold some old guitar bits and pieces from what I remember, I used to go to car boot sales and junk shops buy up old amps, stuff like WEM tape delays and shitty Shin-Ei fuzz effects then sell them on.

@Moz91 I've got a set of Vintage Hots in a 62 reissue.  They aren't as middy as the stock 57/62s it came with.
