tbf that was when I had a somewhat different setup ... but it sounded so good last rehearsal, both alone and stacked.

From a gear perspective, it says much for my my way of thinking that of all the tonal goodness there, my eyes went straight to Pure Boost and Ego. I guess I'm now blackballed from the Tw@ts section of the forum?  

@MikkiMcMurderer you're being modest, there's a lot to like about the track you posted. I'd be happy to hear some more of that.

Yet another reshuffle, kind of gone best of the best now and kept the higher gain stuff on my other board. The Dude has been sold, much prefer OCD v2. 

The Gypsy Fuzz remains the best fuzz I’ve had and has squeezed out the EHX Green Russian Muff for versatility. The Cali 76 is awesome. New univibe. All powered with a PP3+, the Cali and DejaVibe running at 18V, OCD at 12v.

Last night’s rig. Sounding great, but it’s all a bit cramped. Struggling to use the volume pedal without knocking the knobs on the Constable with my big clown feet. I need to get a new board where the Thorpy and the buffer can live underneath as they are always on

Made this small board for rehearsals of a band where I mainly use the Stomp.

I'll probably miss the EP-Pre but I'd be back with the bigger board when the shows come back.

Thanks for the link @MikkiMcMurderer, I'm working my way through the tracks at the moment and haven't come across one I haven't been impressed by. I therefore forgive you for making feel a complete inadequate in the fx dept., but then again, I guess I wouldn't be the only one!      

BTW, have you ever calculated the value of your Boards? Your insurance premiums must bring a tear to the eye

I don't mean this to be snarky so please take this in the spirit that its intended - genuine wonder - but @MikkiMcMurderer how can you be arsed with that many pedals? Is it not a gigantic ballache to manage?

I mean I'm sure you get some great sounds but I'm amazed you can be bothered! Having more than three or four pedals annoys me...

If you'd have told us a year ago that you'd doubled the number of pedals you're using, this is not what I'd have pictured! Would love to play through that lot.

No offence taken at all, I read a good quote the other day along the lines of I realise that I have two related but separate passions 1) guitar playing 2) fiddling with guitar equipment. They intersect but aren't the same. If I was just pursuing #1, I wouldn't bother at all but #2 gives me lots of mental satisfaction too. #2 hits a spot like building, solving problems or puzzles #1 is all about sound and emotion.
