Really loving the ToneX, the Condor HiFi is great as an EQ and boost and distortion with some sneaky modulation to give. bit of wobble to the sound. I love the Halo and 8 presets are enough while the Cloudburst changes character a lot over its decay range.
The RC-5 because every practice board should have a looper and the rhythm feature 'inspires' to a degree... but mainly because the stereo in/out means I don't have to find a Stereo TRS plug to 2 mono sockets adapter. Damn you Strymon (and Chase Bliss).
All powered by a Harley Benton ISO-AC10 Pro.
I moved to the QC after having a run of gigs that were a) not very local, and b) were a pain in the arse for stage access/setup - it was no fun carrying two guitars, pedalboard, head, 2x12 cab, guitar stand and bag of cables across the entire Belladrum festival, to then be told I had to use the amp that was already on stage!
The simplicity offered by the QC was great, being able to just turn up and plug in with just the main volume to think about. I was 100% happy with the tones/feel etc, until my rhythm guitarist recently moved to a small valve amp setup, and his tone was just so much fuller and dynamic. I was being drowned out completely.
So, a recent guitar acquisition required some funds to be free’d up so I sold the QC and have gone back to “pedals”
accessible. This is the closest to the left side of the board I could get, lol.
I’ve got the Constable in FX Loop 1 of the Stomp and the other drives (minus fuzz) in FX Loop 2. This way I can use the Constable as a pre-amp when I’m running into my SD-170 or if I want to use my Bad Cat at any point, I can route this into amp FX Loop (bypassing the Bad Cat preamp).
The Guv’nor has the C22 mod, and running that into the Constable is just pure heaven! Vastly under-rated MIAB.
My rhythm guitarist was raging when I plugged this in, ha ha!

As I'm at home six days a week during August until a new contract kicks In this is my happy place 4-5 hours a day...
… and no, I don't live in an Indian restaurant.
*An Official Foo-Approved guitarist since Sept 2023.
We will fix it, we will polish it, we will put it on Gassage's board...
Quick question, how do you find the Electric Lightening compared to the Page? Is there much overlap or are they quite different?
Thanks
The whole board could be replaced by much cheaper Boss/generic units & I don’t suppose anyone would ever notice. I’m happy though and this board works perfectly for me.
