I always enjoyed the Trex ReplayBox! The level control used to annoy me in the end but the overall sound and form factor is great. Can be found super cheap now too

Current main board on the left, the B rig is on the right.

I also find the switches are too close to the knobs. Which is why it isn't on my main board.

This is my new board.  I'm hoping to be able to use it for gigs although I have another smaller board I use where space is an issue (and in the venues we play it often is to be honest, so we'll see).

    Signal chain is:

    - Barber Tone press compressor (hidden under the shelf)
    - Turbo Tuner
    - Thorpy Peacekeeper
    - Thorpy Veteran fuzz
    - Boss LS-2 Line Switcher
(In the LS-2 loop: Volume pedal + DOD rubberneck delay + EQD Dispatch master)
    - Boss Ce2w chorus
    - Moog Tremolo
    - UA Heavenly reverb
    - Chase Tone Secret preamp (Under shelf)

Just added the Keeley Caverns for a little extra ambiance. For some reason only uploads if I rotate the picture, otherwise the file is too big.

Building this up atm. Thoughts on the signal chain would be appreciated.

    Guitar->HX One Send->Switcher->Tacit Blue->Vibe->Fallout Cloud->Fat General->Condor Hifi->Dane->Hot Cake->HX one return->Tone King->El Cap & RC-5 in a stereo loop

This way I should be able to use the HX One for pitch fx most accurately early in the chain, and for modulation last in the chain before the “amp”.

Oh intriguing. I've not got anything in the loop of my HX One but might experiment with that.

I would say you are missing an expression pedal for the HX One which for me gives me more control over the effects.

    Happy building.

@Neilybob cheers. The exp seems to be a common rec, so I’ll give that a go. I’ve also got an external foot switch for the looper I need to add.

Excuse the mess please. I put this together for a few gigs next month, and then was ill so missed rehearsal so have yet to try it in anger.

    Signal chain:

Squier J Mascis Jazzmaster -> Vox wah -> Fender Compugilist -> EQD Speaker Cranker clone -> LocoBox Flanger -> DOD volume -> EQD Disaster Transport Sr -> Subdecay Vagabond trem -> Chase Bliss Mood -> Egnater Tweaker 15.

All powered by a Trutone CS6. Top right is a headphone amp to feed IEMs with just my vocal mic as I'm attempting BVs for the first time in ages and that seems to help.

No idea why the flange is before the volume pedal, will try it there abs after the Disaster Transport I think.

I'm interested in how you've got the IEM set up? Mic feed from the mixer aux out? Both ears, or just one so you can hear your amp?

Well... this is slightly untested, but... that box has an XLR in, XLR thru and a monitor input on a stereo jack. So in theory I could grab whatever monitor mix and then just turn my vocals up.

However, I don't think we're playing anywhere without amps or anything, so my plan is to feed my vocal mic in here before it goes to the PA, and then put an ear in for the times I'm singing.

    That's the idea anyway!

@matt_sefton normally that'd drive me crackers but it's a case of needs must and the fringe benefit here is being able to see the cool artwork so i'll live with it
