I it wasn't delivered 10 years late - it was stolen and has been returned to its rightful owner.

Things like that don't go missing. They're stolen. I had a bass guitar go missing in the post. No insurance as instruments werent covered which basically means the couriercconpanies are fine with thiefs in their employmenteas long as its a guitar

Ordered a pair of Sennheiser HD600 headphones(£230 at the time) from Amazon a year ago and they never arrived.  Amazon sent out a new pair which I got a couple of days later & I immediately saw how come it "went missing"

Not my image but it basically came with just the plastic wrapping & NO BOX. So it took no effort to see what was inside, quick google to see how much they cost & then goodbye headphones!

I had a mate who was a postie. Really nice guy. Turns out that over 5 years he stole 10ks worth of post. He even stole from his friends. He was given a 2 year prison term.

Royal mail do take post theft seriously but I think they struggle to stop it.
