LED Guitar Neck for sale - fits Stratocaster type guitars: £70 + £8.49 postage & packing

This is an LED guitar neck suitable for fitting to a Stratocaster type guitar. It has very bright green LEDs fitted in the dot marker positions of the fingerboard, that are powered from a 9V PP3 type transistor battery (I have used a re-chargeable Li-ion battery in the photos, but you can just as easily use a standard PP3 type battery, available from your local hardware/electrical shop). I bought this guitar neck back in the summer of 2017, as part of a self assembly guitar kit that I ordered and imported from a specialist supplier in China. However the neck and fingerboard have not been used or played with, except only when initially testing the guitar. I have used the guitar body for a separate project, so this guitar neck is now surplus to my needs. 

The neck alone originally cost over £100 including VAT and import duties etc., so I'm effectively selling this at a fairly substantial loss.

The neck is supplied with a battery connector, a switch and wiring to enable you to fit it to your guitar with minimal hassle, although it will require some minor modification to your guitar's pickguard. The battery illustrated in the photos is not included in the sale - I need that for another project. 

The neck is also supplied with a locking nut, that is suitable for use with a Floyd Rose system, although it can just as easily be used on a Stratocater type guitar with a conventional bridge.

The neck and fingerboard are suitable for a stratocaster's standard 25.5 inch scale length. The heel width is 56mm, the nut width 42mm and the heel depth 21mm (to underside of fingerboard).

I previously had this advertised on ebay for £70 plus postage & packing. I'm planning to re-list it shortly, but I thought I'd give users of The Fretboard first option.
