Any fans here? Nick presents Pedals and Effects on Youtube with Juan, but his band are great fun - punky, surfy, math-rock, all kinds of stuff, and his pedalboard experimentation is something else. There are full albums on Youtube but the live shows on KEXP/Audiotree etc demonstrate it better. Plus, considering how experimental and weird he gets on Pedals and Effects, he certainly tames with weirdness in a band context so that it's purely musical and fits in with the tunes. Of course it's not just Nick - the bassist is fantastic and uses fun pedals, and the drummer is S T U N N I N G too.
