I know they are not the most popular shop around here especially for their on-line sales.
Took my son in today to buy a dirt pedal, he didn't really know what he was after. He was given pretty much free reign to try whatever he wanted, we were in there about an hour, no pressure. Just what a buying experience should be like really. Not the first time I've had good service from them either.
In the end he came out with a really nice used Wampler Pinnacle Delux. It's boxed and pretty much unmarked for £130 which is £80 less than GAC and Andertons are showing for new. To be fair I thought that from a shop it was a very good deal too.

I think it was staff being unhelpful when things didn't go to plan.
They seem to have the best sale reductions again as they did with Black Friday this year. Just make sure you scrutinise the item
They are local to me (Chesterfield) and I find them very good. I was trying out basses on Black Friday and there was no pressure. They just let me play basses for an hour or so. Never bought anything on line though.
I like Richtone, they always provide great customer service.
I also bought a used 1x12 EV Mesa Thiele cab from them a couple of years ago for £160.00 which I quickly sold for £300.00. That made me quite happy
