@TimmyO - ok given the state of play, I’m really sorry to say we will give it a miss this time,..I suspect that with a small group we will be jammed out in a couple of hours and it’s seems a long trek for that.

If it was closer it wouldn’t be a problem, I’m happy to provide some funds to ease the pain if you have paid put ?

Appreciate it’s a pain setting these things up so thanks for the effort and we really hope to join in another time.

That's understandable, don't worry about it. 

I've just heard back from Darren confirming he's in - I'm going to sleep on it and decide tomorrow whether to go ahead or keep the powder dry for another attempt on a future date. 

Either way it's all good

Ok, I've slept innit and I'm going to cancel/postpone. 

10 dropping out leaves it an intimate affair and I'm worried should someone else have something unforseen come up (which happens, we all have lives) it might be left with something like Dennis coming from Rugby to chat to me lol 

I'll PM the remaining folks now and we can regroup for a different date

Its a shame you see these things and think I'm in and then realise too late that its first weekend of school holidays (my wife works in a school and my son is moving on to senior school as of next term) so this has turned into family weekend after a busy busy week - Sorry
