Boxed, velcro-ed, 100% functional, and in very good nick.  Lovely ambient-flavored reverb in a small footprint, with three different modes (modulated, shimmer and delay/reverb).  This model has now been discontinued.  Pics below...







Good versatile reverb, which can easily do more "normal" sounds when you dial it back a bit.  The following vid does a good job of demoing all three modes...
